Direct Message: A simple task of any emissary is to deliver messages to other leaders; relay direct messages to other players with an emissary. These messages will land directly in the receiving player's notifications inbox. It could be a simple note saying hello or a savage threat.
Lease out battle units: Use your diplomat to rent out units straight from the marketplace; set a fee per use (each time the unit is taken into battle). If you are a major unit producing Nation-State, you can have a mercenary army in full force with the power of your diplomat.
Name your land: Have unique representation and name your blocks of land. Drop the simple block number system, and give your blocks of land distinguishable, customizable names. Names are subject to review and can be rejected from the administrative staff.
Send Unused Units to the UNO Mines: 1 Diplomat can send up 10 battle units to mine Unobtanium on behalf of your domain. Overseeing diplomats will be locked to supervising the battle unit and will not be able to carry out any other functions. Units assigned to mining will bring in 0.000005 UNO per hour. Battle-hardened units with 100 XP qualify for this task.
Form Alliances: Diplomats can form alliances where all lootbox earnings from those allied will be pooled in smart contract that can be called by those allied at any time. The maximum size of an alliance can be between 3 different players. How will this work? The 3 players will go into 3 separate battles, over time the players earn lootbox items, those items are added to the alliance pool. These players can check back a week later and claim the items they need most after discussing with their allies. You can only be part of 1 alliance group at a time.
Partition Tezotops: Divide your Tezotop into a pre-determined partition and sell or gift those fractions of your land to others. Diplomats are required to brokering the partition of Tezotops. These partitions can be used in alliances to help non-UNO producing leaders have a slice of Uno production.
Age of Apogee: Someday, we may have to leave Tezotopia in search of other worlds, resources–some day, in the near future, diplomats will commission explorer vessels to embark beyond the furthest points discovered in a race to find the next habitable planet. Diplomats will act as the liasons with the space explorers to report back on their location and discoveries.
